Once a new return or warranty claim is requested, our distribution centers will pick up your products within 3 business days.

New return products will be credited to your account within 2 business days of receipt.

Warranty claims will be assessed within 3 business days of receipt. Prorated credits will be issued to your account within 14 business days of receipt.
